The rental was located right across from the beach which was perfect. The rental was comfortable and had beach items available for us to use while we went to the beach. The place was a little old and could use some renovations but it was clean. The only con is that we seen about 3 small roaches crawling around during our stay. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me since we were barely there however, I was not expecting to have extra company.

Beautiful view and location.Only a few issues.A considerable number of water bugs in the kitchen and bath.Light didn’t work and outlets were not secure.Sliding door in bedroom had loosely attached handles.Other than that it was wonderful.Mike

Overall our stay was excellent , perfect location and the view was amazing ! Very quit and relaxing. The decor, in my opinion , could of looked a little more coastal but the view definitely distracted from that. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean . We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

The property is perfect, other than a cockroach infestation. The first night I killed approximately 20. The next day I contacted management. I was promptly contacted by the manager who apologized and advised she would send maintenance out. After a day at the beach we returned to find a note from maintenance that said they had treated the condo. The note also advised a professional exterminator would be out the next day to treat the condo. The next day we returned to the property and could smell the bug spay. A note was left stating the property had been treated. There were still roaches that came out each night but much less. The management acted fast and in my opinion did the best they could do. Other than the roaches the property is perfect and I have no other complaints. I appreciate the managers swift attention. I just wish this had not been an issue because it took away from our vacation experience.
