On the ground floor, you have an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, bath and double sink, separate toilet, separate fitted kitchen, living room/dining room with access to the terrace and 2nd sitting area with TV, 1 bedroom with double bed, desk under the stairs, storage room side door with garden furniture. On the first floor, there is a large landing with plenty of storage space (including children's toys), 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and a desk. In the storage room, there is garden furniture and beach toys/cart, a freezer, and cleaning supplies. A security deposit of DEPOSIT_AMOUNT_PLACEHOLDER will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
