All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place met all expectations and was very nice. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the beach most of which was the board walk.

The rental is setting very high off the ground, but beautifully decorated, clean, accomodating sleeping arrangements, kitchen is fully equipped with equipment with items such as pots, pans, utensils, glasses, cups, etc. Loved the place but not recommended for babies and Sr. citizens who are physically challenged.

Loved the 4 room accommodations, was clean and beautifully decorated. Very close to the bay and beach. Great for young families, but not recommended for seniors who are physically challenged.
