This splendid retreat enjoys a great location right between the Bridges on Topsail Island and near fantastic attractions, including North Topsail Beach Town Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, and Shipwreck Point Golf. In addition to a prime location, this retreat is within a short walking distance of the shared outdoor pool for fun in the sun as well as a pier to the sound side.
You will love sitting on the screened deck or the sun deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy all the views as well as the smells and sounds of the coast. Inside you will find everything you need for a successful vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to enjoy each other's company or watch a favorite movie on the TV. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or good conversation, or dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a long, adventurous day, or just for some privacy to relax or read, sink into comfortable beds and enjoy the TVs and ceiling fans provided in the bedrooms. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and central AC.

We had a great weekend in North Topsail at your townhouse. The location is perfect for beach walks - sunsets - close to Surf City. We really enjoyed the decks on both sides and found the bedrooms comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only issue we had was the pool code didn’t work - had a mixture of letters and numbers with only a numerical keypad. We sent several messages but never received a new code or instructions on how to make the code work.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway and we truly enjoyed the place. Location was perfect.

There was an attic fire in one of the adjoining townhouses during our stay. The fire department responded quickly and put it out. Once we were allowed back in, we checked this rental unit for smoke detectors. While there are 2 on the main floor, there are none on the second floor - just screws were the smoke detectors used to be. We called and texted Vacasa about this multiple times that day and they failed to send anyone to address the issue. We had to buy and install our own smoke detector that evening. This is an NC building code violation.
