For families with babies or toddlers, we provide a pack-n-play that can be conveniently moved throughout the space. In total, we can accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a baby or toddler. We also provide plenty of extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort. The condo boasts a spacious living room area, a dining area, a bar with ample seating, a balcony with outdoor furniture, a fully loaded kitchen, high-speed internet, a huge 70-inch Smart Roku TV in the living room, a 55-inch Smart Roku TV in the master bedroom, and a 40-inch Smart Roku TV in the spare bedroom. It is agreed that prior to occupying this property, guest agrees to the listed items below:
 
1)Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on porch/balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee of $450.
2)Only the amount of people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight in the condo.
3)Cleaning services are not provided during your stay .
4)Quiet hours are to be observed from 11:00 pm-8:00 am.  
5)Pets are not allowed on the property under any circumstance. Any evidence will result in a 250.00 fine. If you have a service animal or ESA (emotional support animal), thank you for being respectful of this rule by finding other accommodations.
6)Damaged or missing remote controls  will result in an additional fee of $75 and/or forfeiture of any security deposit.
7 )Guest is responsible for any damage resulting in replacement or repair of any house wares, linens, furniture, structures, remote controls, flooring or any other property.
