This recently Updated Luxury (2023) Crown Villa is in excellent condition with all new furnishings, new kitchen and appliances, and we intend to maintain it that way. Totally updated with even new insulated windows throughout. For the privilege of being able to book a specific property and the guarantee of quality that comes with that choice, we charge a nightly rate that guarantees an ocean view, a recently completely updated property, and private pool all within a short walking distance of all the beaches and a golf cart(s) to accommodate all the guests as well.
This beautiful 4-bedroom Crown Villa comes with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor and a master suite bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, upper floor living room, and balcony terrace with a fantastic ocean view on the upper floor.
This villa offers classic Mediterranean-style services and ultra-luxury features beyond compare. Enjoy the breakfast chef that comes in every morning to cook custom breakfasts, private maid service, and a refrigerator re-stocked with beer, water, soda, and juice daily at no extra cost. A limited supply of bottled alcohol and wine also included.
Among its features are whole house air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans, while the decor has a distinctive modern flair. Shaded patios and verandas provide the perfect place to gather amidst gardens bursting with hibiscus, bougainvillea, and other tropical foliage.
When you book, you will pay me the quoted amount for your stay depending on the season. The price is $300 per night (all seasons) for the accommodation. This amount does not include the required separate payments for the Elite Mint Green "Guest of Real Estate" band all-inclusive bracelets (see below) based on the number and ages of the guests.
Depending on the length of stay you choose (4-night minimum), you can obtain free tickets to the Ocean World aquatic park nearby and you can also enjoy in-chef catered barbecues. Your group can experience a Gourmet BBQ Dinner at the Villa during one night of the stay; a Chef will come to prepare it for you, as well as a server to setup the table and serve your entire group. This is often a highlight for Villa Guests. And of course you can enjoy many of the fantastic A la Carte restaurants and bars found throughout the resort.
As part of the booking, you will be extended the Elite Mint Green "Guest of Real Estate" All-inclusive bracelets, which is the equivalent to the White "Chairman" bracelets. These bracelets will grant your group access to the exclusive Chairman areas of the resort, including the Chairman's lite-fare restaurants, The Terrace Bar and The Monarch Cigar Lounge (both offering premium liquors), and Sea La Vie Beach. We will also be able to submit your dining and liquor preferences for you prior to arrival.
Elite Mint Green Band VIP — All Inclusive Rates — (includes Resort fee) — Adults $165 per night per person, Children 3-11 years $82.50 per night per child, Children under 3 are Free (paid in two payments. Initial payment of 50% is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival. Balance payment of 50% is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival). Minimum All-Inclusive fees may apply.
The All-Inclusive covers all your meals and beverages including unlimited alcohol for the duration of your stay. Your reservation will include drink selections from a list of liquor and juices to enjoy in the Villa. The all-inclusive fee also covers airport transfers to and from the Resort from either the Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) airports.
At this level we can offer our guests the top amenities that are typically reserved for Chairman. As part of the Mint Green Service, a Lifestyle representative will meet you at the airport, either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) that will whisk you to the resort to begin your Awesome All-inclusive Vacation! No rental car needed.
Your Villa will include a golf cart to roam the resort. ‘Villa direct’ bookings extend ‘golf cart seats to accommodate the full group’. So a group of 6 would receive either a 6 person cart or two 4 person carts. Groups of 7-8 would receive two 4 person carts.
Additionally, as part of the Mint Green Band All-inclusive, you will have access to the resorts 13 restaurants, including the gourmet Azul restaurant and the much sought after Vienna Coffee House, the Chairman’s lite fare restaurants Aquarella and Wafflerie, 33 bars and an array of nightly entertainment just to mention a few of the incredible amenities. There is a huge array of additional amenities included which I will be happy to share with you.
We have been traveling the Caribbean over 20 years, and we like to extend some of the nuggets we’ve learned over the years. Our goal is to provide you a personal level of service as you plan your vacation.
I request you stay a minimum of four nights (will deviate except during high season), and you can arrive any day of the week. To enjoy all the activities offered you really need a week but feel free to go as your schedule permits. We are confident you’ll want to come back!

Villa number 7 is absolutely amazing!! It is beautiful! Completely breathtaking. The mint colored band gave us access to virtually everything. Our breakfast was cooked daily by Junior and he was exceptional. Very friendly, accommodate it to our our various tastes and times for breakfast. Roommium was our daily house cleaner, very kind and thorough. Payment process was very easy with John Wells and his team. I asked many questions and they were very thoughtful and responsive. The staff here was absolutely amazing. Ocean world was wonderful and the barbecue at the Villa was second to none. We just always had so much extra food. We didn't know what to do with it !!We had a few hiccups on the first day, some of our dinner arrangements were later than we asked and our golf cards was extremely dangerous. We actually got injured; however, after I bought a small package based on certain conditions, they gave me a better golf cart and changed our dinner arrangements to be earlier . Yes many may say it shouldn't have taken that, but it was during the New Year's time frame and they were at capacity, so it wasn't that expensive and I'm extremely happy; Every other type thing was top notch. After that. The concierge was touch and go and was rarely there. We didn't really have a dedicated one until at least the third or the fourth day of our stay, but we are planning to come back for Christmas next year. Hands down one of the best vacations, in villas. Exceed at my expectations. If

When we first arrived at POP airport, we had to wait about an hour before we were shuttled off to the villa. I thought if the rest of the trip when like this, we have a problem.
Well it was nothing short of spectacular. The villa was more than spacious, clean, and very private. This was probably the nicest accommodations in the DR we have ever had and have been down there over a dozen times. We not only had our own pool, golf cart and a very private villa, but the service was outstanding. Every morning the chef came in and prepared us breakfast with someone to clean up afterwards. It was only after breakfast that the maid service began cleaning the villa. The restaurants were very good and you got to choose which ones you ate at prior to your arrival. The pool was cleaned at least every other day, we were walking distance to the beach (but we didn't go because we had our own pool). I could go on and on but need it suffice when I say that if you have the opportunity to stay here, do no pass it up. Thank you to the good folks who sorted this out for us. We no doubt will be back and very happily so. I do need to mention one more time on how great the service was. Thanks again!
