Come fall in love with this WATER FRONT condo where you will enjoy breathtaking SUNSET VIEWS every evening from the LARGE PRIVATE deck that boasts a full unforgettable HARBOR VIEW. Great FISHING spot from below and a great place to store and launch your kayak! Spend mornings watching for dolphins and manatees while relaxing with a hot coffee and evenings sipping on your favorite drink watching boats come and go.
You will be steps away from the soft, sugary-white sandy beach on our 1,100 foot large PRIVATE BEACH! We are now offering FREE Beach Service which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up! You will be given private access to the beach through a gated entry. We fell in love with the Emerald Waters here located right in the heart of Destin and know you will too. Bring your fishing gear to FISH directly from the back yard into harbor or from the nearby canal. Sandpiper Cove features 5 Swimming POOLS with one right next-door, 3 Hot Tubs, a FREE 9-hole, par-3 GOLF Course, Tennis Courts, Brand New PICKLEBALL Courts and high quality beach chair/umbrella service. The 43 acre resort is full of many great walking paths taking you across walking bridges and over to the visit the canal. Our favorite restaurant, The Louisiana Lagniappe is located in the complex and is actually just a few steps away making a fancy dinner super convenient! Also, grab a quick bite at Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill located on site with great Beach Front Views. Find many other great spots within walking distance such as The Local Market and Capricco Cafe.
While being surrounded by brand-new flooring and updated furnishings throughout you can enjoy the magnificent views from the living room’s full wall of glass doors and from the Master Bedroom’s large glass doors that also provide access to the private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, Smart TV, dressing room and a newly renovated Master Bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom has low twin bunk beds and a comfy Queen bed. There is a 2nd bathroom down the hall that has recently been updated and has a new soaker tub and also new granite countertops. Find a queen size sleeper sofa and Smart TV located in the living room. The fully furnished kitchen allows for home cooked meals and has plenty of pantry storage for groceries that can easily be delivered from many stores around. This was our 10th year visiting Sandpiper Cove in October, and it remains our favorite time to go. The weather and Gulf water are absolutely ideal that time of year, and the lighter crowds make it even better.We’ve stayed in several different units over the years, and this one truly feels like the pinnacle location. The back deck is perfect for morning coffee, and the sunsets are spectacular in the evenings. If you’re visiting during the winter months, the south-facing views offer a pleasant warmth all day long.Fishing is great right behind the unit, and the golf course is just a short walk away. While golf clubs aren’t provided, they can easily be rented through the office. We also appreciated the provided pickleball paddles and tennis gear — a thoughtful touch.The unit itself was spotless, updated, and comfortably furnished with modern amenities. Having beach access that includes two chairs and an umbrella is a huge bonus and easily saves renters 100–200 per stay compared to units without this feature.The photos are accurate — the space is just as advertised and felt very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teenagers.All in all, I highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning as soon as possible. 10/10!

Great location and very nice place. It is close to the pool and pickle ball courts, as well as, the boating dock for water taxi pick up. We loved sitting on the back deck and overlooking the water as well. The only complaint is that the commodes are very low to the floor, especially for someone with bad knees. Our height ranges are between 5’1-6’2.
