The Iverson Spit preserve is a walk less than half mile away and The Barnum Point Preserve is about the same distance opposite direction.
The cabin has more than 180 degree view of Port Susan as well as the Mt. Baker, the Cascades, and Mt. Rainer.

The living room has an electric fireplace, so you can stay warm on chilly nights and 2 in-wall heaters. Deck for relaxing and taking in the views. Beautiful rustic waterfront cabin. It is more suited to bringing in prepared food rather than cooking. The beds and furniture are comfy. The grill seemed a little lacking in oomph but tbh it could have been me! I would come back when it wasn’t quite so hot. Thank you!

Pet friendly. WOW! Incredible water view. The beach is in walking distance (check out the gnome village on one of the trails). Towels smell good. Beds are good. Plenty of hot water in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided). Neighbors are friendly so be prepared to wave! This is my second stay.

The cabin is located on a beautiful, quiet beach. We were there to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday and the cabin was cozy and warm to make our holiday relaxing and fun. We were close to a grocery store and hiking trails. We found plenty to do besides the many quiet walks in the beach. We’d love to come back in the summer!
