Sit back & relax in our beautiful coastal home in Mount Martha.
Unwind & relax in this calm, stylish space. High ceilings, light, bright & breezy with beautiful plunge pool (heats to a hot pool (37/38 degrees) to enjoy all year) and gardens to enjoy. Gorgeous wood burning fire makes this even more cosy in winter. Reverse cycle air conditioning & ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay. Just a 5 min drive to Mt Martha village & beaches or a relaxed 25 minute walk via Balcombe Estuary boardwalk, this is the perfect place to embrace all the Peninsula has to offer. Fully fenced for pooches. (I also own a cat so please bear this in mind if you are allergic to traces of cat fur). Registration number STRA0598/21. The layout in this stunning coastal home comprises a generous sized kitchen, featuring brand new Fisher & Paykel appliances and large Caesarstone benchtop overlooking the casual living and dining area with stylish timber floors. The kitchen offers a large 90cm induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The large lounge room features 3 sofas and generous a 65in Smart TV while the causal living area has two sofas and 55in Smart TV. Access to Netflix, Apple TV and Prime provided.

Kirsty was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place felt really homey and was located in an amazing neighbourhood. The house had everything you could need and was super close to the coast as well as shops. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique interior and admired the layout of the house and the treehouse feel! We look forward to staying again sometime soon. Everything is thought of and great pool and deep bath. Thank you Kirsty for your communication throughout our stay.

Beautiful house - relaxing and welcoming! The pool was perfect ! Communication with the host was fabulous and she left very informative information- was just a fabulous stay !
