Great location and place to stay in P. Escondido!

Location was amazing and the property manager was kind, helpful and responsive. We had a care and it was easy to park on the street nearby. We loved the balcony, air conditioner and the apartment layout.

Hot water was often not available and the kitchen equipment was minimum but satisfactory.

La Punta is a chill place. I will definitely return.

Great location. Could see sunset from the roof. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed coffee on balcony in the am. Street noise but everything shuts down early for quiet overnight.

A lot of construction in La Punta now, in most areas. Early morning construction starts, lots of dust.

Good place in a great location.

Friendly staff, helpful, great location very charming and comfortable room. Accesible to all amenities on the area. very close to the beach , restaurants and main roads.

Water was clogged on the shower, which is a bit disgusting when you see lost of hair and maybe some other stuff coming from the pipes; not a good feeling. Would be the best for management to fix that issue.

La ubicación muy accesible, cerca de la playa, el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y amplio sin duda superó mis expectativas, lo recomiendo 10 de 10, la terraza es muy bonita, lo único que me falto fue tiempo, la persona que nos atendió es muy amable.

Sin tema en particular la estancia fue muy agradable, solo podría comentar que cierran la calle a partir de cierta hora por que es un andador turístico, pero se nos anticipó, ya es tema personal que no pudimos acercar el carro hasta las 11 pm.

La pasamos increíble, hermoso departamento

El depa muy cómodo con todo lo que necesitas, está bonito y super bien ubicado. Sin embargo la terraza está impresionante. Trabajar ahí es un placer puedes ver el mar, te llega una brisa deliciosa y además el internet es muy bueno.

A veces es ruidoso por los lugares cercanos, pero nada grave apagan la música a las 11pm

Estuvo excelente. Espacio amplio, balcón dando a la mera calle principal de punto zicatela, excelente ubicación alado de todos los restaurantes, silencioso por las noches y la cama super comoda.

sehr gut gelegenes Appartment mit zuvorkommendem Gastgeber

Das Appartment befindet sich an top Lage immitten des Zentrums. Trotzdem des Trubels & Geschehens auf den Strassen ist es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber César ist absolut bemüht, eine unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Wir hatten zuerst nur für 3 Nächte gebucht, da die Unterkunft auf Booking nicht länger verfügbar war. Er hat anschliessend alles für uns gemacht, damit wir den Aufenthalt bis auf 8 Nächte verlängern konnten. Am Abreisetag hat er uns ein Late-Checkout angeboten und danach durften wir zusätzlich noch den ganzen Tag die Terrasse, WC und Dusche benutzen. Wir würden sofort wieder einen Aufenthalt dort buchen.

Una experiencia excelente gracias a César

Nuestra experiencia en Sicaru fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, César, el encargado, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor: fue muy flexible tanto con la hora de llegada como con la de salida, nos permitió guardar nuestras maletas y estuvo siempre atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Además, nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer, qué playas visitar y dónde comer, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: una pequeña cocina donde pudimos cocinar, aire acondicionado y un ambiente muy agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, en la calle principal de La Punta y a solo unos metros de la playa. Sin duda, volveríamos siempre. Muy recomendable.

Bonito departamento

El departamento es amplísimo para el precio pagado. Tiene de todo. Tiene una ubicación muy amena, EXCEPTO si llevas auto, porque no tiene ni hay estacionamiento cerca, entonces hay que buscar. Pero el anfitrión muy amable y muy atento. El departamento está limpio y está vigilado.

No hay agua caliente en la regadera :( y la calle sobre la que está el edificio se hace peatonal entonces para ir en coche el estacionamiento puede ser complicado.

Un lugar que te sentirás como en casa

El lugar es muy amplio y la terraza es increíble, al llegar el anfitrión fue muy informativo y nos dio muchos tips de lugares para conocer y comer, su trato fue muy cálido. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que está en la av principal a una cuadra de la playa, los vidrios de la habitación aíslan completamente el ruido

La ubicación está perfecta, a dos cuadras está la playa y es amplio, con cocineta, aire acondicionado, nos recibió César súper amable y nos dio varias recomendaciones de a qué lugares poder ir, visitamos un par de ellos y nos encantaron.

No descubrimos cómo usar el agua caliente, pero ni nos hizo falta. Tampoco preguntamos la verdad.

La ubicación está perfecta porque en toda la avenida hay variedad para comer, comprar o drink. El departamento es muy amplio y limpio. César muy amable y servicial. Definitivamente regresaré!!!

Lo recomendaría siempre

El departamento es amplio y moderno. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia como en casa. Ac, utensilios, terraza y balcón, habitación independiente y amplia. Es el mejor lugar en el que nos quedamos en este viaje a Oaxaca. Los anfitriones son súper amigables y ayudan muchísimo con recomendaciones

Solo una noche nos costó dormir, pues aunque la ubicación es muy buena por estar sobre la calle principal, a media noche pasó el camión a recoger basura y hubo mucho ruido durante toda la noche

De los mejores lugares que me he quedado en Puerto Escondido

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. El cuarto estaba perfecto, con aire acondicionado que ayuda con el clima de Puerto Escondido, una cocina adentro que te permite cocinar lo que gustes. Pero sin duda, lo que más me gustó fue la terraza, hice ejercicio ahí todos los días y luego descansaba en la hamaca antes de salir a la playa. Deliciosas mis vacaciones!

Alles war perfekt!

Jessi und Cesar waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Cesar hatuns verschiedene Zimmer gezeigt und wir haben uns für Nummer 7 entschieden: mit Klimaanlage, Doppelbett + Einzelbett, großer Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet inkl. Kaffepulver! Cesar war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns sehr schnell geantwortet, ein super Service ! Egal ob Sonnenschirm, ein Taxi zum Flughafen, oder ein anderes Anliegen: Cesar und Jessi wissen immer eine Lösung. Das Gebäude hat einen schönen Innenhof und ist sehr sicher, denn die Tür zur Strasse ist immer verschlossen. Das Highlight ist die überdachte Dachterrasse mit Hängematten, Liegestühlen und WCs. Hier kann man schöne Sonnenaufgänge und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, abends hört man die Musik der Clubs under der Live-Bands, aber um 23 Uhr kehrt Ruhe ein und man kann erholsam schlafen. Wir kommen wieder !
