Sehr schöne, gepflegte Villa. Wir waren 8 junge Erwachsene und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ort und kleiner Strand sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr nett war auch, das wir am Abreisetag länger bleiben durften, weil unser Flug erst am Abend ging!

Etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut gewesen. Die Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer hat keine Duschtür oder Vorhang und wurde daher von uns nicht genutzt.

A beautful villa with wonderful views of the sea from the upstairs bedroom. The hosts/owner were super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to stay at the villa on the day of check out due to our late flight which was an added bonus.

The pool was very cold but was bearable as the weather got warmer. There was also a construction site nearby which became noisy at times but did not affect our stay.

Villa Fellenza was exceptional. A high-end, beautifully maintained property that delivered on every front — from the immaculate interiors to the thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. The views were sensational, especially at sunrise, and the pool was a highlight for both kids and adults, cleaned daily and genuinely inviting. What set this villa apart was the hosting. Alex and his parents were attentive in all the right ways — warm, discreet, and incredibly helpful. Fresh eggs delivered each morning were a lovely touch, and they went out of their way to help us arrange excursions, recommend excellent restaurants, and connect us with a reliable taxi service. Inside, everything was geared toward comfort: proper air conditioning, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. Outside, the garden and terrace offered shaded spots for slow mornings and BBQ evenings — all just a short walk from shops and tavernas, yet blissfully peaceful. It was a fantastic holiday, and Villa Fellenza played a big part in that. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined, well-run base in Tsilivi.

Pluspunten: Mooi groot huis met zwembad, is van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Elke dag werd het zwembad gecontroleerd.

Minpunten: Slechte communicatie naar de gasten toe. Overeengekomen dat we de koffers om 13.00 uur mochten afleveren/ droppen bij het huis. Zodat we zonder koffers nog tot 16.00 uur even ergens anders konden vertoeven. Om 13.00 uur bleek er niemand aanwezig te zijn om de koffers in ontvangst te nemen. Na telefonisch contact kwam er uiteindelijk iemand om de koffers in te nemen Het huis was niet klaar om 16.00 uur Bij het uitchecken ook niemand gezien, die volgens afspraak er wel zou zijn. Het huis staat midden in een bouwput. Bouwvakkers de gehele week aan het werk incl weekend op niet al te grote afstand. Babybedmatras veelste dun. Buitendeur valt niet goed in het slot ,waardoor je de deur zo open duwt. Badkamer boven ,plafond veelste laag. Achterstallig onderhoud van het huis. Keukenkast deurtjes, bedieningspaneel wc zit los. Omheining /hekwerk zwembad los.
