Viel Platz, gute Einrichtung
Gebäude von außen nicht schön, Bahnhof und damit Züge (mit lauter Hupe ab ca. 6 Uhr) in regelmäßigem Abstand. Da Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sind, ist Dauerlüften in sommerlichen Nächten erforderlich, Zuggeräusche damit immer präsent.

Uns hat alles gefallen, war alles sauber, die Wohnung ist groß , mit allem was dazugehört ausgestattet, sogar gemahlenen Kaffee , Öl, Salz , Pfeffer haben wir gehabt Große Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe , Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Föhn saubere Tücher Bettwäsche. Was will man mehr.

Großer Eingangsbereich mit guten Ablagemöglichkeiten für bspw. nasse Schuhe. Großes, geräumiges Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Gute Ausstattung für kleinere Kinder. Schöne Lage am Kurpark mit Spielplatz nebenan. Alpspitzbahn zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin/Verwalterin mit schnellen Antworten bei Fragen.
Gegebenenfalls würden z.B Vorhänge und ein neues Sofa das Wohnzimmer noch gemütlicher machen. (Aktuelles Sofa schon ziemlich abgenutzt und durchgesessen)

Ein toller Spielplatz liegt direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist auch super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Bäckereien und Metzger sowie Einkaufsläden sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
An Werktagen hat man morgens recht früh das laute Signal der Bahn gehört. Davon sind wir wach geworden. Unserem Kind hat das allerdings nichts ausgemacht. Es hat weitergeschlafen ;)
