Everything was great! Excellent location! So cute! Love the cottage, it was decorated so cute! Kramer! lol The kayak was a great addition made for a wonderful day on the lake!! Would definitely recommend for a quick few days in beautiful Alton Bay! Would absolutely return!

Outside was well kept and comfortable . We liked seats on porches and the view.
Noisy at night with cars driving by and early morning. Roku turned on randomly at night and woke us up. Had to unplug tv. Showers were ok but some hair in shower drain. Cabins very tight with dog kennel. Wish checkout was 11am. Odd that we were supposed to strip bed?? Didn’t really want to.

Loved the simple access to the lake and taking out the kayaks! Nice to have bikes available too.
All was as expected in the room - nothing we didn't like.

It was located across the street from the lake where I did some fishing. The coffee “Hutch” had a Keurig machine with a wide variety of coffee options & various sweetener options (even TRUVIA!) The bed was comfortable. The maintenance person who unclogged the toilet & sink & took the time to contact me was very friendly & thorough in his work!
Not what I expected; more expensive than my means; over $200.00 to have to trudge through the woods in the dark & have to exit the room by 10am (most motels require 11am) I’m a semi- disabled senior. But the real inconvenience was the blocked toilet & sink that NOBODY noticed when cleaning the room from the prior guests?? I broke my back trying to unblock the toilet with a Dollar Tree plunger with NO coffee in the room. I had to hike up the hill to “hutch” to get some. (The Highlight of my stay)
