Le logement mérite quelques ajustements Un voilage ou un store à lattes verticale, pour gagner en intimité, sur les baies vitrées serait le bienvenu Le logement est un rez de chaussée surélevé avec une terrasse qui donne directement sur un joli jardin arboré, avec un voisin au 605 plutôt intrusif... en zieutant dans l'appartement ou en installant une couverture directement devant la baie vitrée L'aspirateur est de mauvaise qualité, impossible d'aspirer correctement sans avoir à passer un coup de balai avant

Logement idéalement situé tout proche de la mer et des commerces du Couchant, confortable et bien aménagé. La place de parking un vrai plus, les informations très claires pour y accéder. Cuisine bien équipée (manque seulement un micro onde) et fournie (éponge, torchon, sac poubelle, 1 dossette pour le lave vaisselle, produit vaisselle) les dossettes Nespresso pour la machine à café sont bien appréciables. Il n'y a pas de clim mais les ventilateurs font le job ! Un très bon séjour.

Gute Lage Nähe schönen Strand, schönen, netten Ort mit verschiedenen Tavernen, Markt , Live Musik im Freien am Samstags…. Renovierte Wohnung, neue Einrichtung, neue saubere Dusche und Küche, gute Wifi (muss suchen weil die im Schrank verstecken und keine Info in Hinweise Blatt). Gratis Parkplatz für Auto (werden besser wenn Schlüsselplatz und Parkplatz mit Photos angeben in Check in Liste).

Alte Gebäude mit alten Geruch (geht besser mit Zimmer Erfrischend Duff), keinen Lift, Treppe klein und spiralig Wendel. Vielen Schloss benötigen (da Wohnung’s Tür mit zwei verschiedenen Schloss oben und unten braucht). Nicht Raucher Wohnung aber die riecht immer Rauch von Nachbarn auch wenn Türen und Fenster schliessen, ziemlich stark (Sade hier muss ich die Punkten für Sauberkeit abziehen, oder die Umgebung aber den Ort sind schön und ordnungsgemässere) . Verglas Terrasse von Morgens über Tag mit direkt Sonne aber keinen Sonnen Schutz, denn blend die Augen direkt sehr stark und Nutzlos.

On a positive note, the apartment is very well located, close to the beach, which we genuinely appreciated. The availability of a parking spot was also a plus and added convenience to our stay.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The most significant issue was the very loud noise coming from the gas heating system located in the living room, directly next to the bed. The heating turned on frequently to maintain the temperature, and each ignition produced a very loud and disruptive noise, making rest extremely difficult, especially during the night. When we reported this issue, the host sent someone to the apartment. However, the response we received was that the problem existed because we were sleeping in the living room. This was both unfair and inappropriate, as the property explicitly offered a sofa‑bed in the living room as a sleeping arrangement. We did not have any alternative sleeping area available, and we used the accommodation exactly as it was advertised. Furthermore, instead of proposing a solution, the host suggested that we look for another place to stay, despite the fact that the full payment had already been made at that point. We found this response extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially given that the inconvenience was caused by a permanent issue within the apartment. In addition, the apartment requires a thorough deep cleaning. Several areas were extremely dusty, including under the bed, under the sofa, the dishes, near the dishwasher, etc. At one point, we dropped a something under the sofa, and when we retrieved it, it was covered in a large amount of dust, indicating that these areas had not been cleaned properly. We also found the key system unnecessarily complicated, making access to the apartment more difficult than necessary. I am sharing this feedback constructively
