No coffee plunger or coffee machine, no towels, washing machine broken. Shame still issues as I see previous people making same comments.

Modern and clean

There were no towels, no tea towels,no dishcloth, no cleaning products, no bathmat, no tea bags, no promised coffee machine or even a plunger, no sheets to make up the bed in the lounge, couldn't find a lot of crockery then found it in the dishwasher that we had to empty from previous people. We wouldn't have minded so much, but there was NO APOLOGY AT ALL, and it cost almost $1000/ night. I don't recommend, an apology or refund is warranted.
