Beautiful property surrounded by Aspen trees. Wonderful common space amenities.
We loved the two hot tubs and the ping-pong table
The shuttle to the gondola was so easy and always prompt
Beds and sheets/linens were just wonderful. Kitchen was fantastic and stocked with everything that we needed.
Coordination with Booking.com appears to be not good. The room I reserved on booking.com was not what the property initially showed I was given. It was almost a total disaster. The property was able to honor my booking, but I had to wait three hours for the room to be cleaned. The staff at the front desk was polite and tried to be accommodating, but had to “call the manager for Special approval for her to give me this room.”
Caused a lot of stress, confusion and delay for all of us.
