Brand new appartment. Freshly finished. Seemed that we were the first visitors. All kitchen equipment you need. Air condition, comfy bed, barbecue also possible, outside sitting and private parking. Great location to get to Porto Frailis public beach (ca 10 minutes). Quite far from Arbatax center (ca 1,5 km). A lot of nice beaches near by Arbatax if you have a car. Carla and her husband were very nice, friendly and helpful in case of any questions even if there was a little language barrier.
During our stay the neighbourhood was quite noisy due to the construction of new building during the morning, but we spent usually all day outside of the appartment, so it was not disturbing.
