I was pleasantly surprised by the property. More spacious than I expected and excellent layout. Location is not near any amenities, but excellent for those who like some solitude. Brownout was managed very well with generator. The water access has some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen. Note there is no sandy beach there, but places to sit and watch the waves. Tuktuk drivers didn't know where "Casablanca" was so just say "Villa Amihan".
A few things need repair. The sliding glass door, missing parts of the barrier where young kids can fall out. I would suggest also purchasing gas tanks for the poolside grill and stove/oven, and also bowls and other missing kitchen utensils. The odor control items in the rooms was overwhelming, but removing them was an easy fix.
