Cleanliness, Staff at Front Desk, Lift Facility
Room Service need more improvement to become in excellent number. Entrance is from back side of Building, I think it will be good if it is from Front side.

Decent rooms
Continue smoking smell in premises and inside the room. Not resolved even after intimation. Staff seems having no interest serving the room freshener or even a good night liquidator.
