DAXA Central at Soho Residence - District 1

My parents really enjoyed staying here, and trust me, they're traditional Asian parents who can be quite particular about comfort and cleanliness! So hearing them say how much they liked the place meant a lot. The location was very convenient, with easy access to everywhere they wanted to visit. It's also less than 30 minutes from the airport, which made travelling much easier for us. The host was genuinely kind and flexible, even helping us extend our stay for a few extra days. Communication was excellent, and they always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Housekeeping was provided every two days, which my parents especially appreciated. Our family had a lovely experience. It was comfortable, convenient and definitely worth the money. We'd happily stay here again.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, especially since it rained almost the whole time we were in Ho Chi Minh City. There’s also a café in the building, which was so convenient for coffee in the morning or when we didn’t want to go far. The location was great, close to convenience stores, local food, coffee shops, and easy to get around different parts of the city. It felt like a good place to experience the local side of Saigon while still being comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a small issue with check-in, but they replied quickly and sorted it out without making us wait too long. They also kindly allowed us a late check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated. There were a few tiny ants here and there but it seemed like a general building issue and didn’t really bother us. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in Vietnam and it was a great first place to stay. We’re already planning to come back next year and would happily stay here again.

The building security process was quite strict, but we understood it was for safety. The 3-bedroom apartment was useful for our family. There was enough room for everyone, and the location near Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, and tourist areas was very convenient.
