La chambre était conforme aux photos et confortable, plus que suffisante pour rester une nuit ou deux à Tirana avant d’explorer l’Albanie. Le vieux monsieur qui surveille le soir (peut être le gérant) est très gentil. La situation de l’hôtel est très centrale et accessible en taxi (15 minutes à pieds de l’arrêt pour la navette de l’aéroport). Le personnel a transporté ma valise jusqu’à la chambre (escaliers).
Pas vraiment de service client, petit déjeuné très light (juste un croissant avec du chocolat et/ou un sandwich au jambon + un café et/ou un jus d’orange). Enfin, au moment du paiement, l’employé m’a fait une mauvaise conversion euros en lek, me faisant payer 12€ de plus que prévu (je ne l’ai remarqué que plus tard).
