Villa Casa Mia

After reading a couple of mixed reviews I was a little apprehensive but there was nothing to worry about - Villa Casa Mia was a delight. Incredibly close to the bustling centre but really quiet. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities and the most amazing pool. Very responsive and kind host. We would not hesitate to return.

Die Betten besonders im grossen Zimmer sind Erneuerungsbedürftig. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man auf den Federn liegt. Da sollte das Bett erneuert werden. Die Wasserhähne in gesamter Villa sollten mal entkalkt werden, aber es kommt genug Wasser, aber kein schöner Anblick. Die Schränke innen waren mit Essens Krümel. Wir haben erst einige ausgewischt. Die Küchenutensilien sollten teilweise erneuert werden und auch neues gekauft werden. Es gibt viel zu wenig Gläser, die Töpfe oder Pfannen sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Es gibt kein grossen Spiegel nur zwei kleine in den Bädern. Keine Ablagen in den Bädern für Beauty Case. Im Grossen Zimmer sollte ein Kleiderschrank rein, der hat uns gefehlt.

Outside area was excellent. Pool cleaned every day. Fruit trees in private garden were fabulous. Location was perfect, 2 minutes from the centre but in a quiet backstreet. Washing machine and dishwasher were excellent.

No microwave or toaster. Only 2 mugs in the villa which I am guessing were left by previous guests and needed bleaching prior to use. Villa could do with a deep clean but we still had a great time. No cloths or tea towel so we had to buy the basics to keep the villa clean.

The swimming pool was the best feature of this property. It was a very generous size, got lots of sun and was cleaned daily. The villa is in a very central location.

Very basic kitchen, no coffee machine (only for Turkish coffee), no toaster, frying pans were unusable. No bread knive or chopping board, no tea towel, no dish cloth, or washing up liquid. Villa needs a bit of TLC, one of the showers kept falling off the holder, the bathroom window was broken, ceiling had dark damp patches, terrible lighting and small mirrors in bathroom which were always steamed up. This villa needs upgrading especially for the price charged.
