L’exposition pour manger le midi au soleil sur le terrasse, la proximité avec les remontées mécaniques, jassette, emplacement dans les activités du centre-ville, le spar en bas, le logement est très propre confortable et parfait pour une semaine
La gêne sonore occasionnée par les soirées disco dans le bar, trois soirées sur la semaine dont une jusqu’à 2h du matin, avec en moyenne 60 dB, puis les alcooliques gueulant dans la rue jusqu’à trois heures.
