The location was superb. The house is well equipped and clean
The bathroom extractor fan is really noisy. The lounge seating needs to be increased and updated. The two low walls at the end of the drive could be removed to ease parking for two vehicles. As the house accommodates 6 people two vehicles are always going to be the case. The downstairs toilet door lock sometimes sticks and caused an issue while we were there

Great location - close to beach
Garden could have done with some TLC so you could sit out. Maybe a Bistro table or something as it was looking a bit tired and unkept. Maybe some spices in the kitchen and a small welcome pack ie milk etc would be nice. TVs need an upgrade.

Great location and the Brendon Arms a few doors up is a nice pub. Kitchen had everything we needed, and providing toiletries in the bathrooms is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
All the mattresses are uncomfortable with springs, especially the single beds. The en suite bathroom and downstairs toilet didn't lock. There is only enough seating for 5 in the living room, so one of us ended up on a camping chair!
