La proximité du centre, la place de parking avec barrière, le logement pratique et bien équipé , nous étions 4 avec 2 ados nous étions à l aise .
le drap housse du grand lit bouloché pas agréable au coucher ( pas grave ca se rectifie simplement) et l'odeur d'humidité dans la pièce du bas, le sol de la terrasse un peu cabossé .

Emplacement très proche centre ville (10' max suivant l'endroit à atteindre) . Chambres spacieuses et literie confortable. Terrasse agréable et au calme.
Odeur humidité dans la partie basse , même en aérant l'odeur persiste (en été facile d'aérer beaucoup mais en hiver cela aurait été un vrai problème). Investir dans une vraie VMC semble inéluctable.

The interior of the property was good and well equipped. The kitchen in particular had all amenities. The bathroom was less good with a poor shower and no shower curtain. We used only three bedrooms, but if you required more rooms, the stairs to the basement are VERY steep.
The terrace is advertised but was unusable!! All the decking is rotten and broken. Advice as to locating the correct property would have been useful. No 18 is a set of offices and this property is down an alley to the rear.
