CLDN4- Studio in Central Sydney CBD with Pool

Lo elegimos por la ubicación y la piscina. La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo lo lindo de Sydney. A metros de la Opera Hause, puente, Jardín Real, restaurantes, shopings, estaciones de metro, trenes, ferrys, tranvías. El equipamiento del dpto es completo. La anfitriona Ana, muy eficiente y de excelente trato.

Se ofrece con pileta, pero si bien la misma existe, no hay facilidades para la permanencia en la terraza. No hay reposeras ni sombrillas con las cuales se pueda permanecer disfrutando del pool. Otro aspecto que no se menciona es que no tiene vista. La única ventana da a un hueco del edificio en el cual casi no hay luz natural. Hay que tener una luz artificial encendida aun durante el día.

Location was only just 5 mins from Circular Quay, best position to explore central Sydney. Has a roof top pool which was good as well. Property manager was a good communicator and let us know how to locate the apartment clearly. Laundry facilities were a great inclusion.

Lack of natural light in the apartment, felt enclosed. A spare set of towels would have been nice for a week’s stay.

The location is great. Its close to both Winyard and Circular Quay stations and there are lots of food options in the area. The apartment is quiet and dark at night which was great and the kitchen has everything you will need. It was easy to access with the keys at the 24 hours mini mart downstairs and the apartment team were very responsive with their messages.

While I knew it was small there were a few things that weren't amazing. The clothes storage space is tiny and the apartment is so small that you can't have your cases open anywhere so more that a few days is a little challenging. The pool has no sun beds like in the photos so you can't plan to have a quiet afternoon up there as there is nowhere to sit. The bed is extremely firm so if you are someone who likes a softer mattress this might not be for you.
