برودة التكييف الداخلي لايوجد سخان للمسبح عدم نظافة فرش السرر

Location

الموقع كان جيدًا جدًا، والبحر نظيف، والشاطئ رائع. كما أن تعامل طاقم العمل كان جيدًا ومتعاونًا، وتتوفر سماعات كبيرة يمكن للضيوف استخدامها، وهي ميزة جميلة. لكن للأسف كانت النظافة سيئة جدًا. الأرضية لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب، إلا أن المشكلة الأكبر كانت في الأسرة والمخدات. بدت الشراشف وأغطية المخدات متسخة، وعليها بقع داكنة، وكانت تنبعث منها رائحة سيئة . بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وجدنا شعرًا تحت إحدى المخدات، مما أعطى انطباعًا بأن أغطية السرير لم يتم تغييرها بعد مغادرة الضيوف السابقين. كان هذا الأمر مقززًا للغاية وغير مقبول، ولذلك لن أعود إلى هذا المكان مرة أخرى. The location was very good, the sea was clean, and the beach was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were large speakers available for guests to use, which was a nice feature. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor. The floor was not properly cleaned, but the biggest issue was the beds and pillows. The bedsheets and pillowcases appeared dirty, had dark stains, and had an unpleasant smell. We also found hair underneath one of the pillows, which gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed after the previous guests. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Because of the poor hygiene standards, I will not be returning to this
