The size of the unit was excellent for our need.
Water leak at the kitchen sink. Cleaning needs to be improved. The unit is very cold during the winter months.

Everything was cool even the staff was friendly
Some plugs were not working, you have to carry your own extension for you to use their heater in the living room.
There was no plugs for the hairdryer

Very good value for money and safe with hotel closed off and security with beams!Nice big tv area and bathroom!
It was very cold inside and no electric blankets!They advertise there is a hairdryer in the room but I got one after I asked them!

The apartment is neat, clean and comfortable. Overall a very nice place if there were no other disturbances. The staff that welcomed us is very friendly.
Some other guests made a lot of noise during the night and therefore we could not sleep well. The guests in the apartment below us were also smoking weed although smoking is not allowed throughout the property which was one of the main attractions why we booked at the property. We recommend that your security protocols should be improved to ensure guests follow the property rules.
