La Bastide des Chênes Lacoste

It is extremely authentic and the location was beautiful. The kitchen is well equiped if you are wanting to cook. Definitely a true Provençal Villa.

Finding this property is a pain. The directions on Booking.com are totally incorrect, however I was communicating with the property manager prior to our arrival and this should have been told to us. We had had a long drive and didn’t need this. Also the configuration of the beds was also incorrect. This property has a lot of stairs not suitable for older people. It is an old property and that is its charm, however just making this comment to help. The other thing that niggled me is that my guests had to strip their beds and dispose of the rubbish. Really?? Never had to do this before in such a property, especially for the price paid. Also, get some new pillows.
