Super dużo miejsca. Szafa i szafki. Jest gdzie położyć rzeczy. W łazience dużo uchwytów i półek co ułatwia funkcjonowanie. Super wyposażona kuchnia. Świetnie zadbany teren wokół jest gdzie odpocząć po szlaku.
Trochę słychać odgłosy innych lokatorów przez ścianę i wodę w rurach.
