The property is close to the sea, making it easy to walk. The property has a small garden adjacent to a swimming pool. The room was excellent, as several of the mentioned facilities were available at the property. The ambience was good. The room was spacious, with a clean window and a spacious washroom. However, the air conditioning was not working. Air purifiers, slippers, and hand sanitisers were not provided; these were included in the booking price.

Since there are few food options nearby, one has little choice but to avail oneself of food from the property. The food menu, taste, and price are abysmally higher than prices available nearby. Without providing much detail, one small example, 100 ml of curd, was priced at Rs 70. The remaining food items were exorbitantly priced, with little quantity for each item, served in a dummy bucket of daal, a tiny amount of full plate of rice, and other items. The complimentary breakfast was minimal, limited to two menus; for example, on Day 1, it offered bread, butter, and jam, and puri daal with a small cup of tea. However, the most critical experience we had was a breakfast on Day 2, when a possible stale carryover chowmein was served as part of the complimentary breakfast. Out of 4 members, 3 ate that chowmein and suffered severe stomach upset within 24 hrs. It was confirmed since one member did not eat that chowmein.

Bathroom utilities, Geyser and AC connection with the same switch (means if AC working, then you cant run Geyser and vice versa). Even the restaurant space is small compared to the property.
