The landlords are a friendly Chinese couple who are very warm and welcoming. The place is very clean and cozy, and they even prepared delicious pastries for us. Highly recommended!

The host was lovely and ready to guide or help in any way. They are easy to contact and friendly.
It's located in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. You have access to nearly everything you need to be comfortable for a short duration stay, and they provide additional items in case you forgot something like shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.
They also leave detailed instructions for how to use devices, access netflix, turn on the shower, etc. The motivational notes were cute and my son liked the pictures.
While they are very respectful, we could still hear every step they took. It is likely just related to insulation, and it wasn't unbearable by any means. You'd deal with far more noise being in a hotel downtown, and they have quiet hours that are respected so it doesn't affect sleep.
