Julia was an amazing host, she'd thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The unit was warm, and the little touches made such a huge difference. We appreciated the notes giving us hints and tips to make our stay easy and stress free.

Everything everyone said about the place and Julia's organization and hospitality proved true. We had whatever we needed, Julia's notes made everything clear, and there were nice little touches provided: milk for coffee, treats, and Julia kept assuring us that anything else we needed she'd provide. The apartment is in the basement of their home, and there is some noise from above, but it's mostly quiet and comfortable. Julia and her husband are excellent hosts, and the price is right.
The property is in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood in Langford, about 30 minutes outside downtown Victoria by car. We would have preferred to be closer to town, but everything we needed--supermarkets, restaurants, Starbucks--was a 5 minute drive away. If you are going to stay here, you need your own transportation.
