Jessy was so kind and helpful. She was quick to respond and was so helpful. I went to Melaka for one night and decided to come back and stay my final night in KL with them again. I last minute decided to leave my laundry and Jessy dropped it off and picked it up for me since I was in Melaka. Views of the skyline were great and 2 story gym.
I didn't use the pool but there aren't a ton of lounge chairs for the amount of people. Not this specific hosts fault and it didn't bother me personally. Just awareness if lounging by the pool was a priority for you.

Staff were great, super helpful delivered clean towels etc. rooftop pool was amazing but no where to sit so swim of go back to your room

Great place! We had booked a 4 stay somewhere else which turned out to be a nightmare and it seems to be the standard in KL. However, this place has honestly restored our faith. Great communication with Jessy, the place is spacious and clean with amazing views over the city and access to great facilities in the building.
