We had a wonderful stay and wanted to leave a special review. We arrived quite late after a night flight, but Zizo was incredibly welcoming and kind. Despite our late arrival, he was there to personally show us around the room and the hotel facilities. He also went above and beyond by preparing and beautifully decorating our room for one of our special events. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable. ❤️ The location is perfect — close to everything, with plenty of facilities nearby. The rooftop is also amazing with a bar right by the pool and a lovely atmosphere. Perfect for families or couples. We highly recommend this place 100%! Zizo is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. Thanks again ☺️

I had an AMAZING stay: the room was beautiful and clean, with an incredible view. The location is also perfect, everything is at walking distance. The staff at the reception was very nice and Zizo was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you. I’d 100% choose this hotel again!

Breathtaking view from the room and pool. Cleanliness! The Location is great as well! So close to all the main areas like bars, restaurants, malls etc.

Jessy was so kind and helpful. She was quick to respond and was so helpful. I went to Melaka for one night and decided to come back and stay my final night in KL with them again. I last minute decided to leave my laundry and Jessy dropped it off and picked it up for me since I was in Melaka. Views of the skyline were great and 2 story gym.

I didn't use the pool but there aren't a ton of lounge chairs for the amount of people. Not this specific hosts fault and it didn't bother me personally. Just awareness if lounging by the pool was a priority for you.
