Lokalizacja w bardzo spokojnym miejscu, w pobliżu jezioro (bez widoku z domku). Przyroda, przyroda przyroda. Widok na okolicę obszerny. Domek z w modernistycznym stylu, ale bardzo funkcjonalny, czysty, z podwórkiem - ogrodem. Jest gdzie pobiegać w okolicy lub sprawić sobie inną aktywność na działce.

Dojazd nie jest łatwy (zwłaszcza nocą), drogi dojazdowej (gruntowej) nie ma w mapach - google (jest na innych np. osm). Można by dodać w opisie dane gps.
