As many guests already mentioned, it's a quite space in a cute little garden and fabrice and his family are amazing hosts. We had the studio wich is located outside of the house on the other side of the garden, where you have lots of privacy and your own space. In the studio you have your own coffee machine which will probably give you one of the best coffee on your trip in france.
It was also very uncomplicated since I booked the studio 5-10min before arrival.
Since it is a very vegetative garden you have to be ok to have some tiny other guests in the studio and you shouldn't shy away to help some spiders find its way back to the garden.
Also when the sofa is in its bed form, the space is rather tiny so be aware of you travel with lots of baggage.

Le calme et la propreté
Arrivés à destination aucun contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire. Le seul contact avec Booking (40 mn) nous a permis d’accéder au logement.
