La casa è spaziosa, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Dotata di un ampio giardino/terreno intorno all'abitazione e di tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza semplice a contatto con la natura. Esperienza consigliata e da ripetere.

E' da migliorare la fase di accoglienza. Le istruzioni fornite per raggiungere la casa non erano molto chiare ed inoltre da chiarire che la casa è sulla salita Rombi e serve essere muniti di auto per qualsiasi spostamento compreso la discesa al paese di Carloforte. Per noi era chiaro avendo conoscenza dell'Isola di San Pietro ma per chi visita per la prima volta l'Isola rischia di trovarsi isolato ed in difficoltà con gli spostamenti. Altro elemento da attenzionare è la fornitura dell'acqua della cisterna. Il proprietario è già consapevole della necessità di un intervento di ripristino.
