Kostenloses Parken und wer gut zu Fuß ist, der geht in nur zwanzig Minuten zum Hudson River. Carlos, der Vermieter, mein neuer guter Freund aus Ecuador, als auch seine Familie, sind sehr gastfreundlich!

La réactivité et la gentillesse de Carlos, notre hôte, et compte tenu qu’il n’est plus possible de louer un appartement sur New York, la possibilité de louer à Jersey city avec des transports en commun très abordable permet quand même une visite de New-York sans avoir à manger uniquement dans des restaurants ou fast food
L’opportunité de louer à Jersey city implique parfois, suivant où on veut aller dans New-York des durées de transport supérieures à une heure... Manque d’ustencil dans la cuisine...

Das Appartement war sauber. Der Preis war fair. Man hat viel Platz. Der Gastgeber ist über WhatsApp immer erreichbar.
Man kann im Umkreis nirgendwo länger als 4 Stunden parken. Relativ laut, weil die Zimmerdecke die Geräusche nicht isoliert und die nahe gelegene Autobahn laut ist. Das Apartment liegt in einem Souterrain, ohne viel Tageslicht.
