Onela was lovely to interact with and gave us the keys on arrival. Good location, in a secure complex opposite a shopping centre which was convenient for food as we didn't make use of the units cooking facilities. The beds were super comfortable. Big, smart TV and wifi was available.

Overall the unit is nice, but unfortunately just didn't meet our expectations. The photos of the unit need to be updated, a lot has changed (furniture, kitchen utensils etc) and things were missing. There was no washing machine (like in the photos), and no lace curtains therefore we had to keep all the normal curtains permanently closed for privacy. There were no bathmats or handtowels in any of the bathrooms and bath towels were handed to us on arrival. Toilet lid in the main bathroom was missing. The bedside lamps had no bulbs, we were told they were only for decoration purposes- there in anycase weren't any plug points next to the beds. There also weren't any magneto lamps available for use as in the images, however luckily we had no power problems. Different couch is in the unit, and it was uncomfortable (you can feel the wooden frame through the cushioning). The inner plate of the microwave was dirty, and the top part of the inside of the microwave has a hole in it - it didn't feel safe to use. The vent and sides of the cupboards above the stove were dirty with oil/food splatters. A lot of crockery and cutlery was missing- 1 bowl, 3 big plates, 4 small plates, 1 teaspoon, 2 forks etc. Coffee and sugar containers also hadn't been refilled- there was maybe 3 teaspoons of sugar in the container. Unfortunately the neighbours were also noisy almost the entire first night which made it unpleasant to get some rest the day before an operation. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, so I wouldn't recommend for someone with breathing difficulties, elderly or someone that requires walking aids. I've rated it a 7 since we didn't spend much time in the unit and it was sufficient for what we needed- a place to sleep and shower for 2 nights since one of us had to be at Mediclinic Midstream Hospital for a day procedure. If we had booked the unit for relaxation or vacation purposes, my rating would have been different (5).
