We had been camped in the field for a month, so our main objective was to sleep in a comfortable bed and have a nice shower. This place excels in that regard. Sure, you can complain about little things, but at one of the lowest rates in Fairbanks, this apartment is an excellent choice. We will definitely be coming back (after the next stint without showering).
Sound sensitive, slow draining. All normal stuff for an older house.
