A serious security issue about the windows. They don't truly close. If someone is pushing the window from outside it can be opened. I brought up this issue with the owner. Hopefully it is fixed. One window and the entrance door is right next to a bistro's tables. You can hear the clients late at night and early in the morning. The kitchen's pan is damaged and scratched. Teflon bits are danger for health.

l'appartamento è funzionale e comodo per 1-2 persone, abbastanza nuovo ed in una buona posizione, centrale rispoetto alla zona turistica.

unica pecca dell'arredamento è la doccia: è ampia ma protetta solo da un paravento di vetro, tanto trendy quanto inefficace! La dotazione della cucina e veramente essenziale: c'è l'indispensabile ma niente di più (per esempio manca un colino o scolapasta, un pentolino per scaldare il latte). Da segnalare che l'appartamento ha molte porte/finestre sulla strada, come un negozio: a me non ha disturbato però a qualcuno può dare fastidio.
