Super experience!

It’s the second year in a row that I book with them. Really excellent service and a perfect location. Everything is close by and within easy reach, and the owners are always very helpful and kind. The parking service is really very useful.

A modern, well-equipped apartment with stunning sea views and the perfect location — our stay was spectacular!

The apartment has an amazing location and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It’s very modern, well equipped, and had everything we needed. July is a great and very friendly host, which made our stay even better.

The bedroom could use an AC, especially in the summer. Also, the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator — not a problem for us as young travelers, but good to know for others.

Perfect Apartment for couples with a great view

July is a kind host! We had a great stay! Only one of the hotplates was working, but after we informed our host, they kindly offered us an additional one, but we did not need it. The kitchen was equipped with just the basics, but it was more than enough for our needs. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Keep in mind that the apartment is right in the city center and close to the promenade, so you might hear some music if there's an event, but it always stopped around midnight, which was totally fine for us. In return, you're in the perfect location: less than 5 minutes to the public beach and just a short walk to a well-stocked supermarket around the corner. And sitting on the balcony and looking at the boats (and yachts) and the sea was the best! Thank you, July! We’ll definitely come back!

The best place in Saranda!

Hello! I recently had the pleasure of staying at July seaview apartament and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff was great. The room was clean and bright, with lots of space and with a big balcony with barbecue,I loved that. And the view from there was perfect! It has the best location in the center, from there you can go by feet in every place in Saranda. Will be coming back! Thank you so much!

Posizione ottimale in pieno centro. Basta scendere una scalinata e si è subito nel lungomare. Ad agosto il parcheggio è fondamentale e July offre un servizio veramente eccellente. La vista dall’appartamento è speciale, tutta la baia di Saranda davanti!

Bon séjour

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, avec une vue magnifique. Hôte très sympathique. Il est central, proche de la gare routière et de la plage publique. Très appréciable.

La porte de la salle de bain grinçait fort quand nous la fermions. Il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à minuit à l'extérieur mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Les escaliers de l'entrée, assez raides, hauts, surtout que nous étions au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Posizione ottima per uscire a Saranda. Proprietario presente. Ritiro chiavi facile. Parcheggio sotto casa ma a pagamento. Bel terrazzo e bella vista. Cucina funzionante.

Divano letto nel soggiorno scomodo; il proprietario ha fornito un topper (sporco); il letto non si teneva in piedi e lo abbiamo rimesso in sesto due volte; la serratura del cancello era un po' difettosa e abbiamo avuto problemi ad aprirla più volte finché il proprietario ci ha spiegato come fare; le padelle della cucina non erano molto pulite, solo due erano utilizzabili ma appiccicose (le abbiamo dovute lavare prima del primo utilizzo), le altre troppo rovinate e inutilizzabili; solo due rotoli di carta igienica forniti, quando lo abbiamo fatto notare il proprietario ci ha indicato dove andare a comparla invece di fornirli; lavatrice difettosa, ha continuato a girare per un'ora e mezza nonostante dicesse che avrebbe finito in 4 minuti; bagnoschiuma non fornito. Asciugamani forniti, 1 per persona e un paio bucati; ne abbiamo chiesti altri e sono stati forniti ma comunque usurati. Colazione non inclusa. Parcheggio sotto casa ma a pagamento (10 euro a notte). La prima sera il bagno non scaricava e faceva un rumore che non ci ha permesso di dormire bene, e l'acqua calda è andata via. è stato riparato il giorno seguente.

Struttura in pieno centro e a due passi dal mare , peccato che siamo rimasti una sola notte,ma per la vista assolutamente niente da dire due balconi uno che affaccia sulla città e l’altro sul mare , se non si cerca un posto troppo pettinato é da consigliare

The view is nice but I would look for somewehere else to stay

buena ubicación, ventilación cruzada por tener dos balcones opuestos, amplio y hermosísima vista al mar. El depto está bueno pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza.

El depto no estaba limpio y preparado para recibir personas. ⁃ Tuvimos que pedir vasos, platos y una pava para calentar agua. (July, amablemente, nos proporcionó eso sin problemas, aunque nos hizo sentir que éramos unas pesadas por escribirle!) ⁃ La cocina no tiene luz. Solo funcionaba una hornalla. ⁃ No hay un velador en el cuarto. ⁃ La tecla de la luz del baño hace falso contacto, deberían revisarla, al igual que el enchufe del cuarto que están los cables salidos para afuera (un peligro). ⁃ Los mosquiteros de los balcones estaban salidos y no pudimos ponerlos porque se caían. ⁃ El colchón del cuarto es incómodo, muy viejo y tiene partes hundidas. Muy ruidoso el entorno. Hay un hostel al lado, bares al frente y música muy fuerte hasta las 2 Am. Y x la mañana temprano el ruido de los autos y motos hace que sea imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas para aprovechar la ventilación porque los ruidos son insoportables.

Appartamento con vista spettacolare sulla baia

La posizione dell'alloggio è centralissima e la vista dal balcone notevole. Molto spazioso con una camera da letto grande e un soggiorno che può ospitare senza problemi 4 persone. Bello il balcone con vista sulla baia, sia al mattino che al tramonto. Juli è stato molto preciso e gentile. Ho sfruttato il parcheggio sotto l'edificio che costa 10€/giorno ma li vale tutti per la comodità di non dover cercare parcheggio in una zona centrale e il fatto che c'è sempre qualcuno a riceverti. Da notare che occorre lasciare le chiavi al gestore del parcheggio.

Gli attrezzi della cucina sono potrebbero essere un pò più completi e alcuni sono un pò vecchi (la padella, per esempio, andrebbe cambiata). Da segnalare che l'alloggio si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi può essere un problema per persone con mobilità ridotta.

No me gustó que el baño estaba sin techo y algunas cosas del apartamento despegadas o sin terminar, además es una zona complicada de aparcar y te cobran 10€ la noche por el parking

Wohnung ist sehr gut, geräumig, zwei Balkonen - mit Meerblick und Bergen + Stadtblick. Lage ist sehr gut, in Zentrum. Von Hafen 5 Minuten und nur 3 Minuten von Strand entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Fischmarkt, Bäckerei usw sind sehr nah. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, einige Tips für Ausflüge gegeben.
