    Delay in order services, not provided hot meal every time faced cold meal received, forgot to provide orders.

    The location is good. The rooms are a bit small without windows. The toilet size is good & the rooms are clean. The staff is courteous. The only negative point is the access to the hotel, which is on the 3rd floor of a commercial building. There is a lift however. But overall good value for money & near to the Qutub Institutional area.

    The rooms are ok in size in this rate. How ever the washroom needs maintenance of its taps. Slight smelly due to its drainage system.
