Stylish 1 Bedroom ground level unit in Noosaville

Helpful property agent. Unit was clean, tidy and well equipped. Nice bedding and comfortable bed. Large bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, lots of storage and useful extras - beach equipment, tennis racquets, beach towels etc. Pleasant balcony facing beautiful lily pond.

There is some kind of water leak in the bathroom. Even without using the plumbing fixtures, there is water coming up through the spaces between vinyl plank flooring tiles. Sometimes more noticeable than others, but quite clearly there. Floors in bathroom could have been cleaner, but it may be because of the leaking water.

No hot plate/ oven for cooking - only plug in portable one or microwave which makes cooking very difficult with very small bench space

Narelle was great. All worked perfectly.

Don’t believe the description. There is no spa, sauna or bbq in this unit. A very arthritic wife was mortified to find that after a very long drive there was no spa in the unit. There are no garden views. A dirty pond means mosquitoes in the unit. Shame on the owner for deceptive conduct. Tell the truth, and don’t exaggerate your features! Tiny garage makes parking large vehicle impossible - no forewarning given. Also no forewarning given that we would have to directly with the owner. Toilets dirty. Stay away.
