Overland Park Condo, Close to Lakes & Parks!

Although some of the buildings are showing their age and the stairs up to the unit look kind of rough, once you open the door to this condo it is just like the pictures. It was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had a few questions and they were responded to in a timely manner. There were plenty of towels (including a couple beach towels for the pool), hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, spices, and cooking items. We could have used a pizza cutter and pizza pan but made do with a different pan and knife. It’s in a quiet area with easy access to highways and shops. The king bed upstairs was SUPER comfortable. The beds in the other bedroom were decent but the beds did creak a bit.

We wish there had been a tv in the upstairs bedroom. The directions to enter the unit were confusing because first you have to enter building 11200 with the first code given, and then you enter the specific unit with the second code. The “lock” to enter the specific unit was confusing because it’s electric and was finicky to get it to light up to see the numbers. The key fob for the pool was also finicky and you have to hold it to the door for much longer than you think. To turn on the shower downstairs, you have to pull the knob thing UNDER the faucet. That had us confused. The space itself could use some touch up paint but overall we were very happy with the place and with the quick responses from management. Be aware that it’s on the second level (so you have stairs) and the master bedroom is on the third level (so even more stairs). If you have mobility issues this may be a problem.
