Great location, facilities, and friendly staff. Condo was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
Check in process was disappointing to say the least. The front desk did not have my reservation or indemnity form from booking.com/avari. That led to me having to contact avari and coordinate with the desk clerk to get the matter resolved. However, the rep on the phone and desk clerk were professional and understanding and got the matter resolved after about 30 minutes.
I also didn’t like having to pay additional booking fees at the portofino front desk. That was not advertised on the booking.com site listing.

Oceanfront, nice kitchen & bathroom
Wedding event meant we couldn’t use one of the pools and bar area which made it more crowded at the one pool. Carpet is very stained and definitely needs replacing.

Location. We have stayed here several summers.
Not knowing about the church retreat that had 3100 students. Which over populated the amenities, beaches, elevators and traffic leaving and coming.
