Il proprietario Alex molto disponibile sempre presente per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta si abbia. È molto vicino a piedi dal centro di Novalja, 5/10 minuti e la fermata dell'autobus per Zrce è a 20 minuti a piedi (per andare in macchina a Zrce sono meno di 10 minuti). La qualità prezzo ci sta. C'è una terrazza in condivisione con gli altri appartamenti molto bella. A noi non sono state richieste né cauzioni né quant'altro.
L'unica "pecca" è che l'appartamento è piccolino quindi anche il bagno è minuscolo, ma nulla a cui non ci si possa adattare, noi siamo stati 12 giorni e ci siamo adattati.

Struttura tenuta alla perfezione, molto pulita e situata in un ottima posizione. Alex il proprietario è fantastico, super disponibile e simpaticissimo

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Novalja. Bella la terrazza esterna.
L’appartamento è estremamente piccolo, sconsigliato per quattro persone. Il bagno è molto piccolo, ricavato in un piccolo angolo. Al check-in purtroppo abbiamo trovato dei peli sul letto e lenzuola macchiate. Altro punto negativo è che l’appartamento non è insonorizzato, pertanto si sentono le urla dei ragazzi negli appartamenti vicini.
