Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, wyposażone odpowiednio. Super, że jest miejsce na samochód- parking podziemny. Blisko Żabka, Biedronka i park Cytadela-ogromny, z dziełem Magdaleny Abakanowicz. Świetne miejsce na bardzo długi spacer.

Lokalizacja, parking podziemny. Wygodne mieszkanie.
Tv ma zakłócenia. Poduszki mogłyby być mniej wypchane. Czystość średnia.

Bliskość rynku.
Mieszkanie zaniedbane, czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Uszkodzona spłuczka toaletowa, wystający ze ściany odpływ( przygotowany chyba pod pralkę) zatkany kawałkiem papieru toaletowego, co i tak nie pomogło bo w łazience przez cały czas odczuwany był zapach kanalizacji. Wszechobecny kilkumiesięczny kurz na lampach, szafkach i innych powierzchniach. Kabina prysznicowa z czarnymi nalotami i kamieniem. Łóżko w sypialni tak skrzypi że nie da się na nim obrócić żeby się nie obudzić. Brak klosza jednej lampy w sypialni. Widać że sprzątane jest bardzo słabo, co najwyżej powierzchownie.
