The host, Mrs. Lina, was so sweet! The property has an exceptional sea view and is situated a 10 minute walk up the hill from the quaint fishing village Volosko. I'd particularly recommend a walk or run along the Lungomare, which stretches 10 km along the Adriatic coast to Lovran.
Everything met my expectations. It should just be noted that the property is 30 minutes from downtown Opatija, so this should be considered if you do not have a car.

Sve je odlično! Prekrasan ambijent i smještaj. Kuhinja, kupaonica, spavaća, sve je odlično i uporabljivo. Odlično za godišnji.
Malo teži izlazak s parkinga jer je smještaj direktno uz cestu na brdu. Ali to je zaista sitnica.

Emplacement et cadre, smart TV, personne qui s’occupe de l’habitation est super!
L’habitation n’était pas très propre. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Pas de moustiquaires, pas de cafetière, pas de climatisation, pas de rideaux occultants et pas de produits de douche. Un peu décevant lorsqu’on voit le potentiel de l’endroit qui n’est pas très entretenu. Parking et sortie difficiles.
