Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, fußläufig zum Wasserbahnhof und zur Altstadt. Sie ist angenehm groß und hell mit schöner Dachterrasse. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Es war angenehm warm, auch bei kühleren Temperaturen. Das WLAN ist super. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr gut. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail oder Telefon.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral so das alles super zu erreichen ist, auch die Ruhr in nur ein paar Gehminuten weit entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind jedoch Mangelware. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein Highlight ist der Balkon, da man in der 3. Etage ist, ist der Ausblick sehr schön. Das "schlaf" Sofa könnte jedoch mal erneuert werden und war nun als Familie nicht so geeignet. Als Paar oder Alleinreisende ist diese Ferienwohnung definitiv besser geeignet.
