Mountain view in Bohinj

Amazing location you are within 5 minutes drive of every major hike or sight in the area the gorge hike is 5 minutes walk away. Yet you are secluded away from the really touristy area. We wanted to stay somewhere with easy access but secluded. It’s so quiet and peaceful and you feel one with nature. The apartment is very nicely decorated and modern. The view, WOW. We were here for 6 nights and luckily it was only cloudy one day. So we got to enjoy a view that cannot be understated. It is truly beautiful view of the mountains. We were here in winter so it was all covered in snow. Tatiana is a great friendly host going above and beyond. We liked the tap so much in the apartment we ended up buying one to bring home 😂. Tatiana offered to go and get one for us. I really recommend you to stay at this apartment. Amazing.

Location & view. Comfortable bed, decent-sized kitchen. Good restaurant recommendations. Parking.

Kitchen was well-stocked with equipment but not with cooking basics like olive oil or pepper; also no paper towels or napkins. We were only provided two coffee pods for a 4-day stay and had to ask for more toilet paper; we nearly ran out although we weren't even in the unit that much. Also fridge was unplugged when we arrived , which we didn't notice and ended up losing food we'd cooked as a result. I wish the notes had mentioned the need to plug in the fridge!

Good communication with helpful host. Beautiful area 30 minute walk from centre of Bohinj. Balcony had good views of the mountains.

Bathroom had slopping roof due to style of house. This made it impossible to have a shower without hitting head on roof, I’m 5,7 and couldn’t stand to shower. Apartment felt quite basic and the one bed apartment was tight for space as we had three people in it.
